This is my last minute entry for the FEZ contest

I decided my scout would be using boomerangs, and inmediately my mind switched to Crocodile Dundee... xD
I resisted the urge to look at references from the movie, I hope that was enough to keep it fresh and original.. ^^

Still trying to finish the colouring, I hope I have enough time!

edit: finally done colouring, will start working on a background..

From what you have done, with just the character I like what I see. I don't know if you're planning on adding a background which may help add to her story if you ever do decide to put one in... her placement on the page is very strong compositionally and you're perspective with the angle of her body looks accurate. The only thing that I can see that you may want to tweak is her hat on her head... it doesn't look as grounded to her body as the rest of her clothes and I think it could be because the shadows need to be a tiny bit darker O.o? I do really like the character she looks like she has a lot of history and to me she looks original!
